What
is your cleaning process?
Our propriety Rapid Dry carpet
cleaning system removes soil and stains that other cleaners
leave behind. Our exclusive water-based cleaning solutions
are safe and non-toxic for people, pets, and the
environment. We use less water which is better for you you
and the environment. Carpets dry FAST, often in as
little as thirty minutes with no open doors, no big hoses,
no loud trucks and no harsh chemicals.
First, dry
particulate soils are removed with a powerful, industrial
vacuum. Next, we apply our proprietary cleaner which
quickly and safely penetrates and loosens soils trapped in
your carpet. Then, using special low-moisture
equipment, we gently, yet thoroughly, remove the soil and
cleaning solution leaving your carpet clean, fresh and
residue-free.
Grooming is
the finishing touch leaving a pleasing appearance and
further encouraging faster drying..
Do you also accept commercial work?
Yes, we do! Please give us a call to discuss your
commercial cleaning needs.
What does Green mean?
Cleaning green should be more than just a slogan.
While the trend has been to go with larger truck-mounted
equipment and bigger vehicles to haul it around, we started
from the ground up opting for energy efficiency. We
don't drive the bigger trucks and our equipment runs using
clean household electricity. Rapid Dry achieves with
two to three gallons what can take thirty to one hundred
gallons with other processes.
Rather than heavily processed man-made chemicals we looked
to Mother-Nature for a safe and environmentally-responsible
answer. Made from plant and vegetable seeds, our
cleaner is hypoallergenic and inherently safe for both your
family and ours.
Our equipment
comes inside so your outside doors stay closed. The
small amount of moisture the cleaning process introduces
into your indoor environment is easily removed without added
strain on your heat and air conditioning system.
There's no need to open windows, keeping conditioned air
inside, minimizing the need for additional household energy
to help dry damp carpets.
What
should we do before you arrive?
The more
you do to prepare, the more you can save. To qualify
for our best priced options thoroughly vacuum all areas with
a new bag and make sure to detail along the edges where dust
collects. We know a lot of folks are busy so we gladly
provide the service for an additional $7.00 per area.
An area is any area of 200 square feet or less, combo rooms
count as two. Also remove any furniture you would like
us to clean under, otherwise we will clean all open areas.
Please secure your pets in a safe area out of harm's way.
We love them but cannot be responsible for them.
How
long to dry?
Most of
the dirt in your carpet is dry, particulate soils which can
be removed with a good, thorough dry vacuuming. After
that we only need to remove the greasy stuff and wet spills.
Our cleaning agents reduce the amount of water required,
leaving your carpets dry in approximately thirty to sixty
minutes. We clean your stairs and upholstery with
specially engineered low-moisture tools and a powerful
extraction machine assuring they dry just as quickly.
Is
this really the best price?
When you
schedule an appointment by phone, our rates vary from .35 a
sq. ft. up to .65 a sq. ft.. For the best price we suggest
scheduling your Rapid Dry cleaning online. We'll call
to confirm your appointment date and time and answer any
questions while you enjoy the extra savings. An $85
minimum service call applies.
Will
the spots come back?
You know
what they say, "Never say never," so while we're confident
in saying it's rare, it's not impossible. If spots do
return, so will we. Just give us a call and we'll
treat the spot again.
Will
my carpet look like new?
We'll do our best to make it look like new, unfortunately,
normal wear and tear causes gradual damage cleaning can't
resolve. Please let us know of any concerns.
Again, we'll do our best to help you know what to expect
from a good, thorough cleaning before we start.
Can
pet odor be removed?
Our
cleaning includes a topical deodorizer which will take care
of superficial odor problems limited face fibers.
Long-term, repeated contamination intrudes into the backing,
padding, even into the sub floor and tack strip, well beyond
the reach normal cleaning. Under those circumstances
we may need to schedule a separate evaluation to judge the
extent of damage and reasonable remediation and costs.
An average urine job typically requires one to two gallons
of specialized urine treatments at $25 per gallon.
When
can we walk on the clean carpet?
It takes
about an hour to clean 3 to 4 areas. While we
recommend letting it dry a couple of hours before putting it
back into use, you can walk on it immediately with clean
socks or shoes. Avoid dirty shoes as the dirt will
wipe off your freshly cleaned carpet. Always
exercise CAUTION when walking from damp carpet onto
adjoining hard surfaces as your shoes will be slippery.
